Privacy Policy

Simon Fund LLC, trading as JJ Simon Trading, is the data controller for personal data collected through jjsimontrades.com and its subdomains (including jj.jjsimontrades.com, irl.jjsimontrades.com and ai.jjsimontrades.com) and the Services. • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, country code.
• Application and form data: answers you give in registration and application forms, such as your trading experience, money spent on prop firms and goals.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processors; we receive confirmation, amount and last digits, not full card numbers.
• Account and community data: your Discord and Whop identifiers and activity in our communities.
• Communications: emails, SMS, support messages, call notes and recordings where you are told a call is recorded, and recordings of live trainings, webinars and calls you attend.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, and interactions with our sites and videos (including how much of a video you watched).
• Marketing data: your preferences and how you interact with our emails, texts and ads.

Directly from you through forms (embedded tools such as Typeform, iClosed and our webinar registration form), purchases, calls and messages. Automatically through cookies, pixels and analytics (see Section 06). From third parties such as payment processors, community platforms, email and SMS platforms (Kit and our SMS provider), advertising platforms (Meta, Google) and video hosting (Wistia).

• To provide the Services, register you for trainings and deliver programs (performance of contract).
• To send reminders, replays, program updates and support (contract and legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails and, where you have opted in, SMS (consent; you can withdraw at any time).
• To run, measure and improve advertising, including matching audiences on Meta and Google (consent where required by law, otherwise legitimate interests).
• To display testimonials and results you have agreed to share (consent).
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
• To improve our sites and content (legitimate interests).

When you give a phone number and tick the consent box you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (like reminders) from JJ Simon Trading at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. We do not sell your phone number.

We use the following tools:

• Vercel Analytics (privacy-focused site analytics).
• Wistia (video playback and engagement analytics).
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google tags (advertising measurement and audience building, where enabled).
• The cookies set by embedded tools such as Typeform, iClosed, Zoom and Discord.

Where the law requires, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your Meta and Google ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality.

Service providers acting on our instructions:

• hosting and deployment (Vercel, Lovable).
• video hosting (Wistia).
• forms and scheduling (Typeform, iClosed, our webinar registration tool).
• email and SMS delivery (Kit and our SMS provider).
• payments and membership (Whop, or any processor named at checkout).
• community and events (Discord, Zoom).
• calendar and scheduling (Google Calendar, Zoom).
• advertising and analytics (Meta, Google, Vercel).

Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety. A buyer or successor in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data for money. Some advertising uses may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; see Section 11.

We operate from the State of Washington, United States and use providers in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above:

• lead and marketing data until you unsubscribe or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
• customer and transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
• community data while you are a member.
• analytics data in aggregated or pseudonymized form.

We then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to direct marketing at any time), and the right to withdraw consent. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising rights. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising email jjsimontrades@gmail.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” or adjust your ad settings on Meta and Google.

Other US states and other countries may give you similar rights. To exercise any right, email jjsimontrades@gmail.com; we may verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by law.

The Services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

With permission, we display students’ first names, screenshots, payout records, video interviews and messages. If you want a testimonial or result removed, email jjsimontrades@gmail.com.
